Tbilisi, Georgia
A marketing agency in Tbilisi, working in Georgian and English.
mrkflow is an independent creative and growth studio based in Tbilisi. We build brand, content, media and AI automation as one connected system rather than as separate services bought from separate suppliers - for businesses here, and remotely for clients elsewhere.
What we do
Four capabilities, one system.
Most marketing is produced in silos - a brand studio here, a media buyer there, a content team in between - and every hand-off loses information. We run them as one flow, so each move feeds the next.
A brand people recognize, remember and choose.
Brand strategy, messaging and visual identity that make your story clear, memorable and trusted.
Content & ProductionContent people actually want, published like a system.
Content strategy, storytelling and production that informs, engages and converts.
Digital GrowthGrowth you can measure, repeat and scale.
Performance marketing, paid media and analytics that drive measurable and scalable growth.
Product & AutomationOperations that compound instead of repeating.
AI systems, automations and integrations that streamline operations and unlock leverage.
Working here
What working with a studio in Tbilisi actually changes.
01
Both languages, written not translated
Georgian and English are both first languages of the work. A Georgian campaign is written in Georgian rather than translated from an English draft, which is the difference between copy that sounds like a brand and copy that sounds like a machine.
02
The same working day
Briefs, reviews and decisions happen inside one working day rather than across a time zone. For work that needs a fast round - an ad set, a launch post, a landing page - that is the difference between shipping this week and next.
03
You own what we build
Ad accounts, pixel history, source files and audience lists stay in your name. This matters more than it sounds: an agency relationship that leaves you unable to take your own marketing elsewhere was never a partnership.
04
Remote clients too
Being based in Tbilisi does not limit the work to Georgia. The studio works remotely with clients elsewhere in English, on the same system and the same evidence discipline.

The cases published here are concept work, labelled as such: they show the method, the structure and the reasoning, and their figures are illustrative. Client work is published after the client approves it.
Where to start
Start with an audit, not with a proposal.
The first step is a free audit of your public presence across the four capabilities: brand clarity, content system, media footprint, and digital and search readiness. It takes about two minutes to request and needs no call. You get an honest read of where the first real leverage is - including the parts we would not be the right studio to fix.
Local questions
Questions Georgian businesses ask first.
Do you work with small businesses, or only large ones?
Both. The deciding factor is not company size but whether there is one person who can make marketing decisions and give a straight answer within a week. A small business with that is easier to move than a large one without it.
Can we work in Georgian only?
Yes. Georgian is a first working language here - briefs, meetings, copy and reports can all be in Georgian, with English used only where a client's own market needs it.
Do you work with clients outside Georgia?
Yes, remotely and in English. The studio is based in Tbilisi and the work travels: the system, the review cadence and the reporting are the same wherever the client sits.
What does a first engagement usually look like?
A free audit, then one scoped first move - an audit deep-dive, a workshop or a proposal - with clear pricing before anything starts. We do not open with a twelve-month retainer, because neither side has enough evidence at that point to price one honestly.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
A freelancer is usually excellent at one part of the work. The difference here is that brand, content, media and automation are run as one system by one team, so a decision in one of them is reflected in the others without a hand-off losing it.
How do you use AI in the work?
Inside the process, not as a separate product: research, segmentation, first drafts, production and reporting. Strategy, factual claims, brand voice and final approval stay with a named person. AI accelerates the middle of a task; it does not get to be the one accountable for it.
