Cookie policy

This policy explains how mrkflow.ge uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What happens without consent

Until you choose "Accept analytics", the Site loads none of Google's analytics tools and no advertising tool and sends no data about your visit to Google or to any ad network: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded at all, so no request reaches them and none of their cookies is set. Two measurements run without consent, and neither stores anything in your browser. The first is the Site's own page speed count: a page view sends our server one set of Core Web Vitals figures with the page's address when you leave or hide the page (a page restored with Back or Forward counts as a new view), without a cookie or anything stored in your browser, and the server keeps only daily totals per page, for 90 days. The second is Cloudflare Web Analytics: a small script that Cloudflare adds to our pages records each page view (the page's address, the page you came from, the country you connect from, your browser, operating system and device type) and measures how fast the page loads (Core Web Vitals). It uses no cookies, local storage or session storage, and Cloudflare states that it discards your IP address at its nearest data center and does not fingerprint visitors. Without consent, only what section 3 marks as not requiring consent or as strictly necessary is stored, including the security cookies Cloudflare sets when it checks for automated traffic. When the page you arrive on opens, the Site reads that page's campaign tags, the address of the page that referred you without its query string, and the page's own address, and keeps them only in that page's memory: a form you send from that page carries them, and nothing is stored in your browser.

2. What each choice does

• Reject: everything stays as described in section 1. Neither Google's analytics tools nor any advertising tool loads, no such cookie is set, and no data about your visit is sent to Google or to any ad network. If you choose it after accepting, the paragraph below this list explains what happens to a tag already running on a page.
• Accept analytics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load, Google Analytics may set its _ga cookies (the consent type analytics_storage), and, if you accept on the page you arrived on, the Site keeps the mrk-attr record of how this visit began, so that a form you send later in the visit can say where you came from (accepting on a later page keeps nothing for this visit). Advertising stays off: ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied, no advertising pixel (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) is loaded, and the Site keeps no ad click ID in mrk-attr and sends none with a form. Google Analytics records each page address as it is, so an address to which a Google or Meta ad link added a click ID still contains it.
• Accept analytics and ads: the dialog shows this choice only while the Site uses an advertising pixel (Meta, TikTok or Google Ads). This choice turns on analytics as above, grants the three advertising consent types, and loads the advertising pixels the Site uses. They set the cookies listed in section 4 on mrkflow.ge, and their own cookies on their own domains. It also lets the mrk-attr record and a form you send include the click ID (gclid or fbclid) that Google or Meta ads added to the link you arrived through.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page or with the button below. When you withdraw all consent, the Site deletes the analytics and advertising cookies those tools set on mrkflow.ge and the mrk-attr record. When you withdraw only the advertising choice, it deletes the advertising cookies and removes only the click ID from mrk-attr. If you withdraw analytics consent after Google's tag has loaded on a page, that page reloads so that the tag no longer runs, and so does any other page of the Site open in your browser where the tag has loaded. A page where you have started filling in a form asks first; if you stay, the tag stops when you leave that page. If you withdraw only the advertising choice, advertising scripts already loaded on a page stay loaded until you open another page: the Site tells them that consent was withdrawn and sends them no more events. Cookies the pixels set on their own domains can be deleted only in your browser settings.

Your choice is kept for 12 months. After that, or when we change what a choice does, the dialog asks again.

These cookies are set only after this choice, and only by an advertising pixel the Site actually uses; the dialog offers the choice only while one is in use. The pixels also set cookies on their own domains (facebook.com, tiktok.com, google.com), which their own cookie policies describe.

5. What is not used

We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking unless you choose "Accept analytics and ads", and no fingerprinting in any case. If a new category is ever introduced, these tables are updated first and the consent dialog is shown again before anything in that category is set.

6. Managing cookies

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site functions.
