Graphic Design
In short
What does graphic design cover?
Graphic design, as we run it, is a steady supply of on-brand assets for every channel. We design social visuals and ad creatives, banners in every size, presentations and print, and build templates your team can extend. You get master templates per channel, resize sets, a request queue and a monthly output report.
The problem
The problem this solves
Marketing needs a steady stream of visuals; most teams have either an overloaded designer, an agency that takes a week per banner, or Canva chaos where the brand dissolves one post at a time.
Method
How we work
Design production runs as a system: a fixed request flow, agreed turnaround per asset type, and templates that keep everything on-brand even at speed. Volume never becomes an excuse for drift: the brand book is the contract.
When it fits
When this is the right call
Your one designer has a queue three weeks long and marketing has started making banners in whatever tool was open.
The same offer exists in four sizes made by four people, and each one uses a slightly different blue.
A campaign is approved on Monday and the assets are needed on eleven placements by Thursday.
Your agency charges a full brief and a week for a story that is a resize of yesterday's post.

Deliverables
What you receive
Asset type matrix
Every asset you regularly need, with sizes, safe zones, file formats and the agreed turnaround for each type.
Master templates per channel
Layered source files for social, display, deck and print formats, built on your brand system with locked and editable zones marked.
Resize and adaptation sets
Each approved design delivered across all required placements at once, named by a convention, so nothing is rebuilt by hand.
Request form and queue board
One intake form that asks what a designer needs to know, feeding a board where you see status and delivery date.
Export presets and file structure
Named export settings per platform and a shared folder tree, so the right size in the right format is one click.
Monthly output report
What was produced, per type and channel, with turnaround against target and any brand-book exceptions flagged.

Timeline
A first engagement, step by step
Week 1
Audit of last quarter's assets and your brand book. We define the asset matrix and set up the request form and shared folder.
Week 2
Master templates built for the highest-volume types first. You review them on real content, and the first requests flow through the queue.
Weeks 3-4
Production at full cadence. Turnaround is tracked per request and the templates are adjusted where a real brief exposed a gap.
Month 2
Remaining templates completed, the first monthly report delivered, and a short session showing your team how to self-serve simple resizes.
Measurement
What we measure
Turnaround against target
Time from request to delivery, per asset type, compared to what was agreed. The queue is the promise; this is the check.
First-pass approval rate
The share of assets approved without a revision round. Low numbers point at unclear briefs or a template that needs fixing.
Brand-book exceptions
How many assets needed an exception to the rules, and why. A rising count means the system, not the designer, needs changing.
Template-to-custom ratio
The share of output produced from templates versus built from scratch. It shows where the system earns its keep.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the typical turnaround?
Standard assets (social visuals, banner adaptations) in 1-2 working days; new creative directions and decks longer, agreed per brief. Rush lanes exist for genuinely urgent items.
Do you work with my brand book?
Yes, strictly. If you do not have one, we start with a compact design-system sprint so production has rules to stand on.
Is this a subscription or per-project?
Either: a monthly design capacity with predictable volume, or scoped packages for campaigns. Monthly is usually cheaper per asset.
How is a monthly capacity structured, and what changes the cost?
Capacity is agreed as a volume of standard assets plus an allowance for new creative directions. The cost moves with that volume, the number of channels, whether motion assets are included, and how fast the rush lane must be.
How quickly can we start, and what do you need first?
Setup takes about two weeks. We need your brand book or a decision to run the design-system sprint first, source files for anything current, and one person who approves for marketing.
I already have an in-house designer. Does this replace them?
No. Most teams use us as the production layer so their designer does the creative work that needs judgment. The queue, templates and file structure are handed over in full, and your designer can extend or take over any of it.
