FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The questions we hear most often about working together, the free audit and how we run the work. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

01

Working together

How does a project usually start?

With a short brief through the contact form, or with a free audit. Your brief is read by the people who would actually work on it, we come back with an honest first read of your situation, and we propose a concrete scoped first move - an audit, a workshop or a proposal - with clear pricing.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We work in Georgian and English, and remote collaboration is standard practice.

What are your engagement models?

Three shapes: a scoped project (like an identity or a website), a monthly retainer (content, media, or the full flow), or a short sprint (an audit or strategy engagement). The first conversation usually makes the right shape obvious.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, gladly - before you share anything sensitive, if you prefer.

What does “one team, one system” actually mean?

Most marketing is produced in silos - a brand studio here, a media buyer there, a content team in between - and every hand-off loses information. At mrkflow strategy, brand, content, media and AI run as a single flow, so every marketing move feeds the next.

02

The free audit

Is it really free? What's the catch?

Really free, no obligation. The honest version: some audits turn into projects and most don't - either way the audit is useful to you and good practice for us.

What do you need from us?

Only public information - your website and channels. No account access, no internal data, no meetings unless you want one after the report.

How deep does it go?

It is a structured expert read, not a 40-page consulting deliverable - deep enough to locate your first real leverage point, short enough to be read in ten minutes.

03

Method and AI

How do you measure results?

Every engagement runs the same loop: strategy enters first, work moves through making, distribution and optimization, and evidence returns to sharpen the next cycle. Flow retainers include a monthly evidence review that steers the work.

How do you use AI?

We use AI where it makes work faster, deeper or more consistent - research, first drafts, automation, analysis. We do not use it to impersonate people, fabricate evidence, or publish unreviewed output. Every AI-assisted deliverable passes a named human editor, and we tell clients where AI was involved. Craft is the standard; AI is one of its instruments.
