Website Development
In short
What does website development include?
Website development, as we do it, is building a marketing site made to sell, be found in search and load fast. We plan the structure around buyer questions, design on your brand system, build a fast, crawlable site ready for two languages, and wire in analytics and lead capture from day one. You get the code in your repository, an editing guide and a handover session.
The problem
The problem this solves
A business website can be difficult to update, slow to load or hard to find in search. Without analytics and clear inquiry paths, it is also difficult to understand how visitors use it and whether it supports sales.
Method
How we work
Structure first: we design around what visitors need to decide, not around what the company wants to say. Builds are fast, crawlable and measured from launch, and you own the code, the content and the analytics.
When it fits
When this is the right call
Your site was built by an agency that no longer answers, on a platform nobody on your team can log into.
Every text change is a ticket to a developer, so the pricing page has been wrong for four months.
The site looks fine on the designer's screen and takes six seconds to load on a phone in the field.
You run ads to the homepage because there is no page that answers the specific question the ad raised.
04.1 / In one line
Fast, search-ready marketing sites
Scope
What's included
UX architecture built around buyer questions and conversion
Design on the brand system, not a template theme
Fast, crawlable build: static or server-rendered, bilingual-ready
Analytics, tagging and lead capture wired in from day one
Technical SEO and AI-search readiness as a build standard
Documentation, training and easy content updates
Scope shown is indicative: the final scope is agreed with you before work starts.
Deliverables
What you receive
Sitemap and page-job document
Every page with the question it answers, the visitor it serves, its primary action and the page it hands off to.
Figma design system and page designs
Components, type and color tokens on the brand system, with every template designed on real content in both languages.
Production codebase in your repository
The full source under your own Git account from day one, with a README that explains how to run, edit and deploy it.
GA4 property with events wired
Analytics installed through GTM with form submissions, calls, downloads and key clicks recorded as events, plus Consent Mode configured.
Launch checklist report
A signed-off list covering speed budgets, redirects, metadata, structured data, end-to-end form tests and accessibility checks.
Editing guide and handover session
Short written instructions and a recorded walkthrough so your team can change copy, images and pages without a developer.
Process
01 / 04
Architecture
Sitemap, page jobs and conversion paths agreed before design.
02 / 04
Design
On the brand system, with real content, never lorem ipsum.
03 / 04
Build
Fast, crawlable, bilingual, measurable, reviewed against a launch checklist.
04 / 04
Launch and learn
Analytics from day one; the site iterates on evidence after launch.
Timeline
A first project, step by step
Week 1
Architecture workshop. We map buyer questions to pages and agree conversion paths and platform. You approve the sitemap and page jobs.
Week 2
Design on the brand system, highest-traffic templates first. Content is drafted in parallel so no page waits on placeholder text.
Weeks 3-4
Build, bilingual from the first commit. Analytics, forms and redirects are wired as pages are made, not after. You review a staging site weekly.
Month 2
Launch against the checklist, then two weeks of watching real behavior. First fixes ship from analytics evidence; the handover session closes the project.
Measurement
What we measure
Largest Contentful Paint on a mid-range phone
How fast the main content appears on the devices most visitors use, measured in the field, not a lab.
Form completion rate
Of the people who start the inquiry form, how many finish. Abandoned starts point to a field that asks too much.
Indexed pages within thirty days
Whether search engines accepted the site's structure. A page still unindexed a month after launch has a problem worth finding.
Time to publish an edit
How long a copy change takes your team without us. If it is measured in days, the handover failed.
Proof
Evidence, not adjectives
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which platform do you build on?
The right one for the job: fast static or server-rendered stacks for marketing sites, or a CMS when your team needs frequent self-service editing. Speed, crawlability and easy maintenance decide, and you own the result.
How long does a website take?
A focused marketing site typically takes 4-8 weeks from structure to launch, depending on how ready the content is, which is usually the real bottleneck. We help produce the content in parallel.
Do you maintain the site after launch?
Yes, optionally: ongoing care (updates, improvements, new pages) as part of a retainer, or a full handover with documentation and training. Your choice, stated in the proposal.
Is a website a fixed-price project or a retainer?
The build is a fixed-scope project priced by page count, templates, languages, integrations such as CRM or booking, and who writes the content. Care after launch is a separate, optional retainer.
What do I need to have ready?
Your brand system, access to the current domain and hosting, product or service facts for the copy, and one decision-maker for approvals. Photography can be shot during design if none exists.
Do I own the source files, and can another developer take over?
Yes to both. The repository, design files and analytics accounts are created under your ownership, not ours. The documentation is written so a developer who has never met us can deploy a change.
