Tempo Fitness (fictional) / Content & Production
A content system that outworks the algorithm
A gym chain replaces random posting with four repeatable formats and a measured publishing system.
01
The problem
Tempo published daily and grew nowhere: content followed trends instead of members, every post was designed from scratch, and the team burned hours on material that disappeared in a day.
02
The opportunity
The gym's real advantage was its coaches and its members' progress - material competitors could not copy. A format system around real training stories could turn the feed from noise into proof.
03
The system
Four owned formats (member progress, coach's whiteboard, 60-second technique, myth vs. evidence), a two-week production cadence, templates for each format, and a monthly review that promotes or kills formats based on saved/share metrics.
04
The work
Format design, template kit, three months of embedded production support, and a measurement dashboard the marketing lead runs without an agency.
05
Evidence
Figures below are illustrative sample values, shown only to demonstrate how evidence is presented. They are not real results.

Learning forward
Formats beat frequency: publishing less but repeatably outperformed daily posting within one quarter - and made results attributable for the first time.
This is a fictional sample case created by mrkflow to demonstrate its case-study format. Any resemblance to a real company is coincidental. It will be replaced with approved client work before launch.
